Terms of Use

Euro-Bazar is a classifieds publishing platform. Listings are provided by third parties. Euro-Bazar does not verify every listing and is not a party to agreements between visitors and advertisers.

Users must submit accurate, lawful listings and must have permission to use any photographs, text, and other materials they upload. Fraud, counterfeit goods, unlawful discrimination, stolen products, unauthorized copyrighted material, and other illegal listings are prohibited.

We may reject, hide or remove listings, investigate reports, and restrict users to protect the service and its community. Do not pay deposits or share sensitive information without independently verifying a listing.

These are preliminary terms and require legal review, including appropriate jurisdiction, liability provisions, and operator identification.
