Only upload photos, descriptions and other content that you own or are authorized to use. Copyright owners may report allegedly infringing materials through the Report a Listing form by selecting Copyright infringement.

Include the listing ID or URL, identification of the copyrighted work, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and the information required for a legally valid takedown notice. We will review reports and restrict or remove material when appropriate. We maintain a policy of terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

For US DMCA safe-harbor eligibility, the website operator must separately designate and register an agent with the US Copyright Office and provide the agent's public contact details. This page alone does not establish DMCA protection.
